Complete kit for intracellular staining
The Cytodetect™ kit has been developed to detect intracellular antigens using specific monoclonal antibodies for analysis by flow cytometry. The Cytodetect™ kit is a complete kit for the stimulation, permeabilisation, fixation and staining of cells for intracellular cytokine detection.

The Cytodetect™ instructions are simple to follow and the Kit allows the user maximum flexibility in specifying which cytokine monoclonal antibodies are required. It contains a fixation and permeabilisation reagent which allows simultaneous detection of cell surface markers and intracellular cytokines.

The customer may specify which two cytokines are required to be included in the kit.
