MoFlo SX Sex Selection Sperm Sorter
The MoFlo SX Sex Selection Sperm Sorter is an application-specific MoFlo
designed for separating sperm containing X-chromosomes from sperm containing Y-chromosomes.
System Specifications include:
• Analysis and sort speed at an event rate of 20,000 cells/second
• Sorting purity >90 % at an event rate of 20,000 cells/second
• One fine gain PMT adjustment control
• Two fluorescence PMTs
• Modified obscuration bar
