MonoBryte^TM Reagents for Immunophenotyping*

Bio-Rad's MonoBryte reagents comprise a broad range of antibodies, for use in both clinical and research immunophenotyping applications. They are available as either FITC- or PE-conjugates and are directed against the CDs important in the characterization of cells in human blood and hematopoietic tissues, as well as several markers significant to the evaluation of various tumor cells. The essential combinations for human lymphocyte subset analysis (those used primarily for monitoring HIV disease progression) are available as dual-label kits.

Typical data from a peripheral blood specimen, labeled with monoclonal antibodies used to identify and count lymphocyte subsets. These data from the BRYTE HS have light scatter and fluorescence distributions equivalent to those from laser cytometers.

Correlation data comparing the BRYTE HS and the leading laser cytometer establish the equivalence of results obtained in immunophenotyping applications.
