Bio-Rad kinesis reagent kits come complete with everything you need to perform flow cytometry assays.

Bio-Rad Kinesis kits are one-step reagent kits for DNA content analysis. The kits consist of 25 single use tubes containing DNA dye (single parameter kits) or a combination of DNA dye and FITC conjugated antibody (dual parameter kits). One bottle of diluent is included in each kit. Pre-measured DNA dye, antibody, RNAase, detergents and DNA stabilizers are contained in the reagent tubes or diluent. There is no need to make up separate solutions and there are no centrifugation steps to perform.





Kinesis Ck: A dual parameter kit, Kinesis CK contains
pre-measured Propidium Iodide and FITC conjugated
anti-Cytokeratin antibody.




Kinesis 50: A single parameter kit,Kinesis 50
contains pre-measured Propidium Iodide
(PI), reconstituted to a concentration of 50 ug/ml.





Kinesis PCNA: A dual parameter kit, Kinesis PCNA
contains pre-measured Propidium Iodide and FITC conjugated
anti-Proliferating Cell Nuclear Antigen antibody.

Kinesis UV: A single parameter kit, Kinesis UV contains pre-measured DNA dye DAPI(4í6í-Diamidino-2-phenylindole). DAPI requires UV excitation, and yields the most precise DNA content analysis data of all commonly used DNA dyes.

Kinesis-p53: A dual parameter kit, Kinesis-p53 contains pre-measured Propidium Iodide and FITC conjugated anti-p53 antibody.
