Ionophore, the cells are incubated for 5 to 6 hrs to induce the expression of the
antigen. Longer incubation times results in loss of CD40L expression.

Pharmingen has a PE labelled anti-CD40L. I don't know how good it is,
since the cells I have stained so far have been completely negativel
