We use ours constantly . . . essential for analyses requiring physiologic
temps, like ca++ flux. Also works great to quell reactivity and during
sorts to help preserve viability (at 4C).
The cost seems high, though. Does that price include the water bath? If
yes, you can get a better price from some scientific supply house (Fisher,
VWR, whatever) -- probably less than half what Coulter wants. Then you get
the circulator hardware (tubing, connectors, jackets) from Coulter.
May save almost 50% of the cost.
