Preservation of epitopes after paraformaldehyde depends entirely on the epitope.
Some are preserved and some are not. Usually epitopes that are present in high
number are preserved - at least enough to measure. Other epitopes are not
preserved. You would have to test each one comparing fixed and unfixed to be
certain.
