BD Service

I know this is a little late, but I missed the survey about service for flow
cytometers.

I have worked with BD instruments since 1989 and have found BD's service to
be excellent. Our service engineers have always responded to and solved problems
quickly. I have never lost an experiment because of a problem with an
instrument. This includes experience on various instruments as well as in
different labs.
