CMV Ag Detection

We are about to try to institute a CMV Early Ag Detection assay by flow
cytometry. It has been suggested that we can/will/should develop a home grown
procedure but I am familiar with at least one if not more commercial kits on the
market for such a test. Does anyone out there in flow land use such a
commercial kit? If so, if you have a moment and could tell me which one and
what your experience has been with (pros and cons) I would be very grateful. It
could save me a lot of time trying this and that before getting there.
