I am very glad about the BDIS field service survey. I hope things like this
will keep them on their toes.
Now, how about a service survey on the Coulter field service? Both BDIS and
Coulter claim to have a top notch field service. So, can someone do a survey
on Coulter?
I wish I can do it, but I don't have the time at the moment. But I am
willing to help.
