Hello Flowers,
Has anyone tried to look at pH measurements on GFP stained cell? We are
concerned about the cross-over of GFP into the Snarf channel -- and wonder if
there are any other pH probes out there that would be at longer wavelengths.
The problem is particularly acute since we are wanting to do this on an imaging
system and compensation may be trickier because intensities will vary pixel by
pixel. Any ideas?
