Greetings Flow People

Got a question for you: Is it possible to fix lymphocytes in such a way as
to render HIV non-infective and to then extract the RNA? Formaldehyde
doen't seem any good.

We want to sort cells on grounds of surface phenotype using 3 or 4 colors
then then extract RNA from the sorted cells, so either the cells should be
fixed or sorted on an instrument with biohazard containment.

Alternatively would anyone like to sort the cells for us in the New York
Cityish area?
