Kappa/lambda ratios

What are the opinions as to the importance of an inverted kappa:lambda
ratio? We sometimes see cells in peripheral blood and lymph nodes that
when phenotyped show more lambda positive cells than kappa. When the
kappa: lambda ratio is over 4 or 5 there is apparently some general
agreement that this suggests a monoclonal population. Is the same true
if the ratio is 0.25 or less?

Thanks
