Re: adherant cells

We are cuurently looking at similar markers in our cell lines, and have
noticed a similar effect immediately after removing the cells from
plastic. What we do is trypsinise the cells to lift them off, neutralise
immediately with medium containing 10% FCS, spin down and re-suspend in
complete medium and incubate for 30 min at 37deg before staining. This
seems to allow the markers to re-generate. perhaps this method will help
your problem.
