Dear Rosemarie,

you don't need a kit for that. I use 10 mM BrdU from SIGMA in the
cell media and then the monoclonal BrdU antibody from Boehringer
Mannheim to do a PI-BrdU doublestaining. It works very nice and their
protocol is quite simple.
