Several of my colleagues are using Caltag's Fix & Perm to assay
internal epitopes.
We have been impressed by the results but have not been able to
counterstain with PI for cell cycle analysis. Very broad peaks
are experienced.
Any suggestions or altrernatives (to PI) would be welcome.
