Continuing on the line of multi-color staining combinations for use with a single laser....
We want to do triple staining and we have a BD FACScan with an argon laser. Does
anyone know will PE-cy5 work in combination with FITC and PE? How about PER-CP? If
so, where can we buy PE-cy5 or PER-CP conjugated goat anti-human or anti-mouse Ig's.
