Dear Cytometrists,

does anyone has some information about good references/literature about the
principle and the calculation
of MESF (mean soluble fluorescence equivalents) from standard FCM data using
3 FL-channels on a BD FACScan?
Any hint and explanations are appreciated.

Thanx in advance
