Dear Cytometrists,

a collegue's question forwarded:

How can nuclei-containing erythrocytes in bone marrow of a pre-term child be
lysed before FCM analysis of leukocytes? Any ideas are cordially welcomed
and will be handed to my colleague.

Thanx in advance for any idea on this question.
