Greetings Pals,

Does anybody out there know of a method to obtain an intracellular calibration
curve for Sodium Green, either using FCM or a confocal set-up? Also, does
anyone do ratio measurements with the dye coupled with some other probe in an
effort to account for leakage or differences in probe loading? Is anybody using
CHO cells? We'd really like to have an answer to these penetrating questions
before we start messing with this dye.

Please write to me (Joe Dynlacht) at the address listed below for Jim Henthorn
or just put it on internet. Thanks!
