For publication graphics, we currently transfer screen files (i.e. a screen
dump, NOT data transfer) by using the "print to screen file" option in the
Lysys II software. The saved screen file can then be transfered to a Mac
computer using a serial transfer cable and Kermit software. And once in the
Mac, the drawing (histogram, contour plot, etc) can be modified using
MacDraw or MacPaint. The procedure works well on a Mac -- and I assume would
work equally well into an IBM.
