Dear Steve,
you asked for information about PerCP. We tried using it, but don't
any more, because PerCP bleaches rapidly at laser powers higher than
50mW. As we have a 5W Argon laser the lowest power we can get out of
it is 60mW. The die bleaches so quickly then, that you see hardly any
specific fluorescence. If you have a weaker laser that should be
fine, however. BD knows about this, but (at least at the time)
did not mention it in any of their product information.
