I am looking for a positive control for inducing apoptosis in
cultivated macrophages/microglial cells. I did some Annexin/PI stains, however, Colchicin
and growth-factor-withdrawl does not look very promising to me. (It just increases the
number of Annexin/PI-stained "necrotic" cells).
I would highly appreciate any hint.
