RE: Antibody conjugation

In our lab different murine (and one humanized) monoclonal antibodies were
labelled using FITC "isomer I" (e.g. Molecular Probes F-1906) with good
results (protocol available on request). Aliquots of labelled antibodies are
stored at -70=B0C and - in our experience - stable for many years.
In one case binding properties of an antibody were lost due to the
conjugation procedure.
