Petter,
We have used the YCD3 antibody for surface (and intracellular)
staining of mouse cells with great success. This is a rat anti-mouse
CD3 epsilon antibody, originally developed by Dr. Kim Bottomly.
Various conjugated forms are available from Gibco BRL, Grand Island,
NY. We have also obtained the 29B hybridoma producing the antibody
from Dr. Bottomly. She is very generous in making it available and I
doubt you would have any problem obtaining it from her, should you
need to. Her address is: Dr. Kim Bottomly, Professor, Dept. of
Immunobiology, Yale University School of Medicine, 310 Cedar St., New
Haven, CT, USA, 06520-8011. I hope this helps.
Best Wishes,
Robert Chervenak, Ph.D.
