I am looking for protocols to analyze VCAM-1, ICAM-1, and ELAM-1 on bovine
endothelial cells by flow cytometry. I am particularly interested in any
known cross reactivity between human and bovine antibodies. In addition, I
am interested in methods of harvesting the cells for transfer to the flow
cytometry facility, as I fear that trypsinization will damage the adhesion
proteins. Please send any suggestions or methodologies. Thank you.
