Does anyone out there use CellPro for
> enrichment of CD34.
Our Center has several clinical trials using the Clinical column and
system, which apparently works well. Several labs here use the
analytical columns and are satisfied. I tried the analytical columns and
found that purity wasn't great (50 - 60%), and yield was poor (~50%). We
are getting very good separations using the Dynal directly conjugated
CD34 beads and "Detachabead"- the anti-antibody FAB fragments. Yield and
purity over 90% on most days.
