We still have to the source from when we hooked our FACS440 up to a PC and
you(or others) are welcome to the source(MODULA2)/software which fulfilled
the same function as NDCON on the Consort 40. Essentially, and we're relying
on my memory here, the software initiates communication with the FACs over
the RS232 line, asks for a filename, sets up the transmission
parameters(BINO etc), then waits for the operator to send the data,detects
end of data, writes FCS1.0 files.
