Has anyone tried using BD's HLA B-27 test kit on an Ortho cytoron (or
possibly a COulter instrument)? We are evaluating the kit, and are trying
to devise a way to use the calibration beads in a manual mode to set the
appropriate cutoff and calibration fluorescence channels. I would
appreciate anyone' experience in this area. Please, no "just buy a BD
instrument" replies!!!!!
