We are staining cells with biotinylated antibody and streptavidin-PE. On
some cells we get quite a bit of background due to binding of the
streptavidin. Is there some way to reduce this background? Is it due to
strepavidin receptors on some cells? Is it possible to block these
receptors? Thanks. Sunny Choe. Aaron Diamond AIDS Reserach Center.
