logging in software for BD FACScans and FACsorts

Does anyone know of any software programs that operate on the HP
running Pascal with Masterpage and LYSYS that function as login/password
front end package ? This should be able to allow monitoring users time on
the machine. We have found that asking users to fill in a time on - time off
log to lead to abuse of the system. This is particularly relevant when
charging for FACS use based on a time cost basis.
