I am working on a model system to provide consistent grey levels for
quantification of antibody based assayS by cellular image analysis.
How would you get standard controls, because the value of the grey
level calculated per cell is not the same FOR EVERY DAY. Spheres to
which antibodies can be attached are sold by companies are meant for
flow cytometry and they donot stick to the slide.
