Hello,
I was wondering if someone could push me in the right direction in a
a protocol for detecting calcium concentrations in yeast cells with Indo-1
, flou-3 or fura-red by using flow cytometry. I have found papers describing
techniques with spectrophotometers and image analyses.
Thank you in advance,
Davin Jutila
