Hello Terry
I use your method of 'high speed sorting' on my Vantage and get excellent
results. We purify CD34 positive cells from bone marrow, extract the DNA
then look for CMV infection by PCR. It is rather important not to have
any clumps or bits of tissue in your cell preparation, we filter though
nylon mesh prior to sorting. I usually get 'purities'of about 98%
