In reply to Joseph Webster's questions on the missing $TOT keyword in Pro2FCS
converted files, Eric Martz's comments are correct. The current shipping
version of Pro2FCS does not write a $TOT keyword to indicate the number of
events in the sample. It creates a mimimal FCS 2.0 format file based on the
input Profile format data. In the FCS 2.0 spec, $TOT is an optional keyword.
We will be adding the $TOT in the next version of the software.

you.
