The science in Russia is in a very difficult situation now.
Many scientists in Russia have not access to INTERNET.
It is very difficultly to find the scientific publications in Russia
(it is not enough or, in general, there is no number of foreign
scientific magazines in our libraries).
We sincerely hope for success of the project.
