Cytokines are produced by T and B lymphocytes, NK cells, monocytes/macrophages, and granulocytes. A large panel of monoclonal antibodies specific for human and mouse cytokines, cytokine receptors and cell-surface differentiation antigens has been established. Recent interest has led PharMingen to continue to add to our extensive panel of anti-cytokine antibodies and recombinant cytokine proteins by introducing our first set of Rat Cytokine Products . These reagents will empower the rat cytokine researcher to begin to exploit flow cytometry, bioassay and ELISA technology for multi-parameter cell analysis to new and higher levels.
