Fibrinogen is a plasma glycoprotein (340 kDa) also present in the platelet alpha-granules. It is expressed on the platelet surface after activation. D1G1OVL2 antibody reacts with fibrinogen fragment D. E3F8E5 antibody reacts with fibrinogen fragment E. Both antibodies have been used in the studies of fibrinogen.
