Cl Ac-Cl Acetate Esterase

Chloroacetate fluorescein is a substrate for many different nonspecific esterases in human tissues. Chloroacetate esterase activity measured with Naphthol-AS-D chloroacetate is generally high in normal promyelocytes and neutrophils and in some blast cells.
