Terminal Deoxynucleotidyl Transferase (TdT) is an intracellular marker normally present at high levels in cortical thymocytes and a minor subset of bone marrow pre-lymphocytes. The pool of three monoclonal antibodies conjugated to fluorescein, as well as the kits for indirect labeling of TdT, are suitable for flow cytometry. Polyclonal and monoclonal kits contain: 1 vial of Normal Goat serum, 1 vial of anti-TdT antibody, 1 vial of FITC secondary antibody and 1 vial of mounting medium.
