The E17.5F3.15.13 antibody recognizes the HBVT02 sequence and is the only member of this subfamily.It stains from 3.3 to 7% of peripheral CD3+ cells in normal blood.Vb17 is the target of Mycoplasma Arthritis Superantigen (MAS) and Staphylococcal Enterotoxin B (SEB).
