The JU74 antibody recognizes the Vb13.6 sequence (IGRb16 sequence).Vb13.1 (HBP34 sequence) is not recognized.The reactivity on the other members of this complex subfamily has not been found but cannot be formally excluded; JU74 stains from 0.9 to 1.9% of peripheral CD3+ cells in normal blood.
