The 36213 antibody recognizes the PL25 sequence.Vb5.1 (HBP51 sequence) and Vb5.3 (IGRb08 sequence) are not recognized.Recognition of other members of the Vb5 subfamily has not been found but cannot be formally excluded.36213 stains from 0.5 to 1.5% (mean 0.8%) of peripheral CD3+ cells in normal blood.
