Vb3 is the human variable b3 chain of the T cell receptor. CH92 antibody recognizes the unique member of the Vb3 subfamily (PL4.4 identical to HBVT22 sequences). CH92 antibody recognizes the major subset of Vb3 cells. Vb3 is the target of Staphylococcal Enterotoxin B (SEB) superantigen.
