The IMMU 510 recognizes all g/d T cells, regardless of their variable chains. It stains 1.6 to 8.9 % of peripheral CD3+ cells from 7 heathy donors. In Western blot, it recognizes the d chain in reducing conditions. It immunoprecipitates the three isoforms of the g/d T cell receptor. This antibody is suitable for immunohistochemistry on frozen sections. It has been used to study the distribution of gd T cells and their functions.
