The 374 (MY8) antibody recognizes an antigen found on myeloid cells and virtually all peripheral blood monocytes and granulocytes. It is expressed on all immature myeloid cells but not on the Granulocyte Colony Forming Unit (G-CFU). It is not expressed on erytrocytes, platelets, T cells, B cells and null lymphocytes.
