KC57 antibody identifies the 55, 39, 33 and 24 kDa proteins of the core antigens of the Human Immunodeficiency VirusType 1 (HIV-1). The 55 kDa protein is the precursor protein for the core antigen. The 39 and 33 kDa proteins are intermediate products and the 24 kDa protein is the core protein.
