This polyclonal antibody reacts with human cyclin D1 recombinant protein from E. coli and cross-reacts with mouse cyclin D1 and cyclin D2 but not with cyclin D3 recombinant protein from insect cells. It is suitable for immunoblotting and immunoprecipitation.
