IgM (mouse)This antigen has a molecular weight of 75 kDa. It is expressed on a small Number of activated B cells in unstimulated lymph nodes, spleen and tonsil. However, it is not expressed on resting B cells isolated from peripheral blood, lymph node, spleen or tonsil. It is not expressed on normal T cells, monocytes, granulocytes, red blood cells or platelets. B5 antibody was evaluated during the Fifth International Workshop on Human Leukocyte Differentiation Antigens.
