CDw127 antigen is the human IL-7 receptor. It is a 75-80 kDa molecule which is found on normal B cell precursors but not on mature B cells. It is also expressed by T lymphocytes, a subset of monocytes and a subset of CD34+ cells. R34.34 antibody inhibits binding of IL-7 to CDw127.
